Office Coordinator

The Office Coordinator’s role is to provide leadership for the coordination of the day to day activities of the busy, dynamic and fast‐paced WSUP Secretariat office, based in London. The role will be a key player at the heart of a growing team based in London, which is leading the growth of WSUP as a global organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the organizational coordination function and manage the processes and systems required to ensure that the UK and global teams are able to successfully achieve their mission. The position will successfully coordinate both internal and external processes to support the effective functioning of the UK team.

HR Manager

Location: London, UK
Salary: £38,000

The Human Resources Manager will provide leadership in all areas of Human Resource management, including recruitment, training, continuous improvement, performance reviews, salary levels, security policy, health & safety and other work place policies, benefits and contracts term and conditions. This new position has been created as a result of an initial review carried out by the newly appointed CEO, and in response to staff requests for a more formalized and developed HR function in the organization.

Chief Executive Officer – SmartLife

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

SmartLife is a kiosk and delivery business that provides safe, clean drinking water and wellness products to low‐income urban consumers. SmartLife requires continuous iteration in 2015 in order to reach financial sustainability. Longer term, the plan is to document and systemise key operational processes to enable scaling as a franchising offering across East Africa, bringing safe water to thousands of people and creating jobs along the way. We are seeking an experienced entrepreneur to lead this iteration plan and  prepare the business for growth.
